Will not be ordering from here agein. Had delivery's from them, st one they sent wrong item, second time they put cheese on burger when I asked for no cheese as partner is allergic then rd time they sent me an undercooked burger that was pink! When I phoned burgerking all I got was "well the rest of the burgers are fine" the customer service in here is terrible!

Uber eats delivery came cold missing drinks and loaded fries poor service from Uber eats and the manager saying it was my fault the food was cold total jokeBurger king app when you order from Kirkcaldy store and then from Glenrothes store is a con to get more delivery cost ,they should have rejected the delivery.Go to McDonald's better service all round .

New review: I need to stop coming here.. I wish it wasn't right next to my work and catches my eye when I'm hungry...Their wheelchair access door button doens't work (and hasn't for months), the floor and tables are always filthy (the floor especially) even when they're quiet (that's a joke.. they're always quiet.. wonder why?) and their burgers are never warm enough to melt any of the cheese.. I'm starting to think this is a front for another business.. as I don't understand how they can survive financially given the lack of good service in this place... I feel bad for the kiddos who work here as their first job. How demoralising.What is this...??? Here I was trying to convince my nephew that Burger King tastes better than McDonalds, because "it's in the name".. and you serve me this??? What on earth is wrong with this franchise?? He's promised never to have a Burger King again, and I do not blame him... He was too embarassed at the thought of me complaining, so I spared your staff that experience.. but here it is. That was the most disappointimg burger I've ever had. Shame on you.
